I was so excited about this product and was completely let down. I made fried chicken with corn flake crumbs, Anna the moisture that seeps out would steam the under side making it completely soggy. I even tried a second time with the same result. I tried to throw it out but couldn't. There has to be some use for this thing!

I was only expecting a pyramid pan and I also received a baking sheet. The order was placed and thec delivery time was excellent.

Let me start with saying that when I saw that TheSilicon Baking Mat with Measurements and Pyramid Baking Mat were bundled as a set, and available for purchase I was so excited! I purchased this set, and have been using them since they arrived at my door! The Silicone Baking Mat is my favorite because I'm a baker at heart! I place my Baking mat inside my regular cookie sheet, and bake, bake, bake! No more parchment paper, and washing huge baking sheets. I hand wash My Baking Mat because it come cleans so quickly with warm soapy water. I also have used my Baking Mat for making homemade biscuits and homemade cinnamon rolls. With it being non-stick it's perfect for any dough! I love the measurements along the sides because it's a great guideline for me when I make my cinnamon rolls.The Pyramid Baking Mat has been Perfect for cooking healthier meals! I place My Pyramid Mat on a variety of different baking dishes and baking sheets depending on what I'm making. The Pyramid design is great because I just place the food on top and the fat just drains into the grooves of the mat. The food is still juicy too! Super easy clean up! I use a smaller sized dish so the fat and grease stays in the grooves and doesn't get on the dish at all. I drain the fat and place My Mat in my dishwasher for an easy clean up. My new Pyramid Mat is so convenient! Used for Fat free baking, cooling rack, trivet, pot holder, oven mitt, drying rack or non-slip mat for cutting boards or mixing bowls! You can also flip the Pyramid Mat over and use the other side for baking pizzas and breads! My Son who is 14 loves it! He grabs his usual cookie tray, and places the Pyramid Mat inside. He places the pizza on the non-stick Mat and cooks it in the oven.These Baking Mats are so versatile they are a Kitchen Essential!! I highly recommend this for anyone who has a kitchen!
