This item should have a green tint. It is brown.
You can seen in the attached photo that the same product of a different brand is a completely different shade. This product should be advertised as the brown version of FAC.

Incomplete?
So this product needs its companion component to work, but as far as I have found on here, it is not sold this way. This is the Ferric Ammonium Citrate component of the cyanotype process, the other one being the Ferro Potassium Cyanide. Why is the Ferro Potassium Cyanide not sold like this? Either component is useless without the other. You can buy the Cyanide component but in a different packaging, and its redundant because you get the citrate portion with it, and then have extra material.
