I tried this product because I like to rotate the pre-workouts I use. The Pros are it does provide a nice pre-workout effect. The caffeine and taurine are sure to get you up and moving. The B vitamins will help increase your focus and alertness. It is certified vegan if that is important to you. The Con is the blue ice pop flavor isn't as good as expected for a product at this price point. For me, this really doesn't matter because take pre-workouts for their effect and not their taste. However, if you are using this powder as an energy drink verse a training aid, you might consider trying a different flavor.

Mixes well with a blender bottle. Have tried the blue and the watermelon... both great flavors. Nice boost of energy.

Great pre workout

This review is for the blue ice pop flavor of MFX Pre by Muscle Feast. The preworkout powder gets my solid recommendation. It contains a good mix of ingredients to give you the kick you need for a good workout. I do a mix of cardio and weightlifting for one hour, four times a week. I have noticed that my workouts have been getting a little easier since I have been using MFX Pre. One of the best parts of the product is the flavor. I have tried preworkout powders by different companies and the blue ice pop flavor by Muscle Feast is the best flavor yet. It is not quite like Gatorade or Kool-Aid but it is almost there. Make sure to follow the directions listed on the label. Each serving has 300 mg of caffeine which I believe is more than enough for a workout so you might want to lower the serving size if you have a low tolerance for caffeine.

NO2 supplement + Chocolate protein powder are my main AM smoothie ingredients. Some days I add spirulina and assorted other ingredients. MFX is one of the very best tasting NO2's I've tried. It mixes great. Stays in suspension. Increases early AM stair-stepper motivation. I will buy more.Better than expected. As advertised.

My boyfriend uses this before he works out and he really likes it. He said it gives him that tingly feeling that he likes in a pre-work out mix. He has tried a lot of different ones, and he likes this one.
