It was my late teen daughter s christmas gift so I had it installed while she was out for wknd. She was thrilled when she 1st walked into her room. Lol taking photos of it and showing it in background on snapchat lol I got the cool white and it makes a beautiful sparkle on the ceiling and around walls. So elegant so modern so girlie. But yet masculine. The crystals can come out but there's a trick to getting them back in. I figured it out so I know you will too. They're secure. I recommend wearing gloves (we used powder free from Dr's office lol) when installing so there's no fingerprints on the chrome parts! I bought mine Black Friday for 89.00 😊 Super Deal

I saw a similar chandelier in a local store (high end), so thought I'd try this. It looks impressive when the lights are on (keep in mind... They're led... So bright). However, when the lights are out... It looks cheap to me. I had bought this and another one (different style) at the same time to see both in person. I chose to return this one.
