Love the metal plate the steam comes through. it seems to taste better than my previous plastic one.Digital clock easy to use and read, very much set and forget.Only really use the base basket for steaming veg and have found the lid that has a handle on it is ideal for taking food from steamer to dinner plate with the aid of a set of tongs.Water viewing window not great so best practice to check from the top that water level is adequate.Now this may be totally irrelevant but the steamer really has an oriental look to it.The styling cues seem to be a cross between a Samurai helmet and a Pagoda, to me anyhow.Love my purchase , works well and looks great.

This steamer is the best I have used so far. The trays are very roomy allowing for a good spread of items to steam. It is sturdy, no wobbly containers to worry about when my cats decide to get curious. Best of all it is easy to clean in dishwasher retaining their shape. Very easy to use, intuitive digital display.Seller is very responsive in replying to mail and solving issues you may encounter , just give them time to reply. All in all a great steamer that not only does the job but also looks awesome in the kitchen ( and dismantle to small size if you put prefer to put in cupboard)

It does the job as far as steaming goes, and is fairly robust. I not so keen on all the separate bits, as the bottom of each tray comes away from the basket. They are numbered though so putting together is easy. The clock isn't so good, if you touch the + or - too quick of for too long the digits change at a million mph. You can go from 4 minutes to 54 minutes almost instantly. It does the job, but I will go for a brand name next time

Product seems really very good on initial inspection.Works well for a couple of uses, but then starts to leak water from the base.Seem to have a very dangerous built in fault.

This is a well made steamer. The base of each compartment is made out of stainless steel so this will not stain like other brands plastic versions.Each compartment holds a large amount of vegetables so great for a large family.The timer is digital so no need to wind the clock round with this steamer, it’s very easy to setup.All in all I like this new steamer and would recommend it if you have a large family.

I needed a large family size steamer ,this was the largest I could find, but it's cheaply made I don't think it will last long ,the plastic is thin quite disappointed for the price ,

This is the bee’s knee’s of steam cookers absolutely great ,big oval pans plenty room for the veg etc etc so easy to operate and of course to clean , pans are numbered 1to 3 so there’s no mistake in the build up , really really pleased with this

It is a very sturdy food steamer, I am very pleased with its performance and it looks great too in my kitchen.
