Men's TW4B01700 Expedition Scout 40 Brown/Gray Leather Strap Watch

Great looking watch for a great price. Mostly durable, with impressive accuracy and little need for readjustment. This watch goes with most anything casual and can even be dressed up a little, although it is not exactly something I would wear with a suit. The size and design of the watch is understated enough that it isn't glaring and thus can be thrown on without much thought. I've still received quite a few compliments on it though! Customer service from Timex is great as well. My first watch had the stem snap off after a few months when it caught on my backpack. I sent it in an envelope to Timex with a note explaining what had happened, and within two weeks they sent me a new watch for no charge. Very impressed by their speed and willingness to help. While I am sure you can find a nicer watch for more money, the improvements would likely be too minor to justify the money for me. Highly recommend the Expedition Scout!

If you like basic watches this is the one for you. It’s a great Timex watch and an easy and reliable way to tell time. The color scheme or really nice. It’s a nice light blue on the inside, with light beige markings. The leather strap is a medium hue of beige too. I enjoy these neutral colors that go with everything. The strand is kind of a knock off leather, so as time progresses, the strand gets darker and dirtier. I like this watch and I love the company. I plan on buying a couple more down the road.

This is a really beautiful watch. I bought it for my boyfriend a little more than a month ago. It was very easy to change the day. And plus the hands on the clock glow in the dark, with that you press the button in and presto you can read the time in the dark because the watch lights up. The leather on the strap has not worn and it’s been through rain and constant everyday use. I was worried about the color of the strap and interior but it is such a nice brown with a suede/leather touch.

Watch broke within 60 days. The crown or part that changes the time fell out! Amazon is not helpful & we now have to contact Timex directly to see if they will do anything. I would not buy this watch

Can you imagine James Bond (Fictional) or Paul Newman (Real) fumbling for the cell phone just to see what time it is?? Seriously, I get great compliments on this watch. It has a great solid feel to it and the quality is miles above watches that are only $10 cheaper. The Indiglo light is the best feature of any watch ever. True story - I got this watch for my birthday and coincidentally I looked into a briefcase I had not used in years. I found my old Timex Expedition watch in that bag...at this point it would have been ten years old and sitting in a bag in a closet for the last 5 years. Not only was it still running, not only did the Indiglo light still work - but the time was still accurate to within one minute! This watch is amazing one battery 10 years and it did not lose one minute of time in 5 years. I gave that one as a present to a very appreciative young man and kept this new one just for me!

Pretty watch. However it was gifted in July 23rd and the strap broke on August 23rd.

I love this watch. I've had two of them and will not feel comfortable in another casual style watch. I'm not afraid to take this timex anywhere. The band is comfortable and dressy enough to wear with almost any outfit. The face and case of the watch are durable enough for me to not worry taking it on hikes. I even do some dirty work with this watch on sometimes. My only gripe is the leather style on these bands stain easily and its hard to get it out. However, that's not worth a mark down in my opinion. Great watch, I would recommend to anyone who's thinking about getting one!

Watch quality looks nice but after a week of wearing it the loop to secure the strap is coming apart. I don't think this watch will last long with normal wear sadly.

I was a Fan of Timex since 2014 I have a black edition watch still its perfectly serving its duty ,( battery I change Quality after 2 years) , About this watch excellent quality and this a watch direclty from US production , If your a looking for a simple and durable watch, definitly a good decision . :)

Delivery was faster than expected. Watch looks very smart and working well. To light up the dial by pressing the crown is a good and useful feature. Satisfied with the purchase😊

This watch is better than the picture - extremely good quality. It was so gratefully received and I know liked because it was worn straight away and the dial lights up at night when you push a button and it was excellent

This is very good everyday work watch( I work in construction/light type). I have always liked the Indiglo light, a fantastic feature and the basic design being easy to read. Over all it is a good basic watch. The ticking having being mentioned as loud on other reviews, well it is but for me it is not an issue at all, comforting actually.

Inexpensive price point and I do like the water resistant feature. Easy to read.
