If you want heavy duty, these are the cables. Be sure you know what you want in cable size. These things are a beast and heavy. They will do everything you want for regular car-probably overkill for your regular sedans.

I let my Cummins sit for over a week in -40 F degrees, the coldest days in over 50 years in Montana. Both batteries were drained way down to about 40%. I tried to start the truck when it warmed up to 6 F degrees and they didn’t have the juice to even crank the starter. I used those jumper cables and my Trusty 25 year old Honda Accord to jump start the truck. I’ve tried other cables in the past and they are flimsy and do not carry the load to start a Diesel. These cables are extremely well built and will last a lifetime. If you are on the fence buy now they won’t leave you stranded.

I bought these jumper cables to carry in my pickup. I needed to use them on the first day to jump another friend's full size pickup. They worked great and the extra length came in handy. These cables are beefy and look like they will last quite a while even with regular use. My one concern is that the cables will peel apart from one another. The rubber holding the red to black wire is very soft and will tear easily. The travel bag that comes with these cables is cheaply made. I couldn't fit the cables back inside without tearing the bag. You will need a sturdier way to store the cables. Overall I am happy with the product.
