Unexpectedly great
Okay, I know we are all looking to get a little workout in. And yes if you are reading this in 2020 we are still working from home.I wanted to have a device to work on the flexors and the extensors. Especially during the many zoom meeting. So i looked them up on amazon and found KC.The price seemed pretty good when I ordered the set. Wh i received and opened the set, it was a fantastic price. The quality is very good. The feel is excellent (not cheap feeling). The variety of products is perfect for exercising all the different ways at the desk.It a win - win, stress relief and work out all in one.

An Excellent Set Of Grip Strength Trainers Approved By My Occupational Therapist!
I am presently in an inpatient Physical Therapy place where I have both Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy. Each day I work with both my therapists, one for walking after several surgery and problems with my knee and my occupational therapist to strengthen the muscles in my arms, which were weaker than they should be. My therapist uses three of the five Grip Strengtheners. Since I will be released to go home soon, I found this set at a reasonable price and decided to get the set. My therapist checked them out and said they appeared to be well made and that continued use of them at home will continue to strengthen my arms and hands. I was talking to another OT last weekend and she said that you can get some of these at the store called Five Below for 5 dollars EACH so these are definitely a bargain at this price for all five pieces and the bag that comes with them. The bag is well made and all five pieces fit easily into the bag. Both my Occupational Therapist and I recommend this set. It is very easy to use and as stated before, all five pieces seem to be well made and very helpful if you are looking for a set like these! If there is any change in my evaluation of this set. I will come back and update!

Good value and great price!
My husband and I have arthritis in our hands and fingers, enough so that we were having trouble grasping, holding and picking up small items. We were pleasantly surprised to find the items in this kit are good quality, easy to use and we have seen some good improvement in our hands after using these for a couple weeks. My husband liked the fact that the finger exerciser actually stretched enough to fit his fingers for a workout and were not too tight and haven't stretched out!I would recommend giving them a try if you have any sort of hand weakness that needs spot exercise!

Absolutely great product!
Recently had a bad break on my right hand and went ahead and bought this set to assist in my recovery and physical therapy and I am not disappointed. I love that this pack has such a versatile set of tools to work each part of your hand and forearm. Plus with everything you get in the pack you cannot beat the price of this! Not saying I want to break my hand again but I would suggest this to anyone going through any type of hand or forearm training.

Finger strengthener is bad
The products are alright. I do not like the finger strengthener because when I put my fingers through the holes, my fingers slip out easily. The pinky hole is too big for my pinky and it doesn't provide a good enough grip to stretch my fingers. I play guitar so I was hoping they'd help with my warmups. The seller needs to provide optional sizes for people with smaller hands. Everything else included in the kit helps a little with my warmups. Hopefully this helps others and hopefully the seller listens to feedback and can make the manufacturer of this product make different sizes.

Best hand grip package for this price range
Sure it will not last like the one made with stainless steel but it is the best grip for this price range. The extensor is a very valuable addition to the package when you want to focus on the extensors of the forehand muscle. I also use the stress ball when i am working at the desk. The variable resistance makes it perfect for beginners like me. My final verdict is to buy it if you are just looking to do the forehand exercise casually or just starting out. I set mine at 50kg and can do 20 reps currently. Its great to know i can change the load to 60kg after three weeks without having to buy a new one. If you are a serious trainer and looking for longevity, buy steel ones with rated load. Will serve you much better.
