A Waldo series book
It is off course a Waldo series book, and my grand daughters love them. a good book for learning and locating the characters. I recommend it to all children ages 3 to 68.

Maybe for 8 y.o. and up?
Bought for a 6 y.o. boy as gift..not sure he is old enough to find these santas/elves w/o getting frustrated as even I had some trouble finding them all but is nicely drawn, colorful

Book was like a where's Waldo. You have to find Santa and missing elves. Nephew like it.
