the Large size, once it is completely expanded give and take a few hours after you strech it out, is about 19x13 inches all around, the Medium is about 16x12 inches, again, after completely expanded. At the beginning when you open them up, they feel flimsy and droopy, but the next day, surprisingly enough, they feel really firm and filled, like all the little pieces of material inside inflate by themselves at least 4 fold, it's really great, hope this helps.

Q: How to make pillow firmer without washer/dryer?

I just give it a good hard shaking out, lay it on my mummy bag. Then I go outside to make dinner, sit by the campfire, and by the time I crawl into my tent, it’s all fluffed up. Honestly it doesn’t even take that long.
