loved the design, it just did not work

I received this as a gift from my wish list, originally wanting to put in my office. It looks very pretty as shown in the photo, but it is by no means quiet unless you're in a very loud room, which takes away from the reason I picked this clock. It makes an odd rattling sound, making it hard to concentrate. Unfortunately I'll have to find another place for it where the noise won't matter so much.

Looks good and came in good condition. For now absolutely silent. I put my ear right on the clock mechanism and couldn't hear a thing. We'll see how that holds up.

Bought this product a while back because it was a non-ticking clock, just now reviewing. It is a beautiful clock, like the design and metal casing. Unfortunately, it stopped working after about two months of use. It's not the batteries; looks like the second hand gets caught on the minute hand as it sweeps around. Might be just this item that is defective, or could be an overall design flaw in the product. Would have to take the whole thing apart to fix.

When I ordered this I was a little leery that it would be cheap looking but was very happy with it once it arrived. It matched my décor and was completely quiet and since it was for my bedroom I needed quiet. Am very satisfied.

The clock looks beautiful, but the motor makes an annoying sound as soon as I placed in the battery. Not quiet at all and worst than a ticking sound. I know there are reviews saying the clocks are indeed quiet, so I probably just received a defected product. I expected better quality control from a company selling $30+ clocks. Extremely disappointed. Will be returning it.

Finally, a clock that doesn't tick. It's completely silent and doesn't make a sound. Very nice looking clock and goes well with my decor. Happy with this purchase.
