Any time you're trying to lose weight it's easy to get tired - you're not eating as much and it makes a difference. I took one of these capsules in the afternoon, a little while after lunch. Let me start off by saying I was skeptical about trying a product like this. I get a lot of spam email for Green Coffee Bean Extract so I figured it was sketchy. But I decided to try it.I used as directed not really knowing what to expect - would I get a burst of energy? Would I get the shakes? Would I keep going on like the Energizer Bunny and not be able to get to sleep when I went to bed?I have to say that I did nothing different than what I was doing before. I simply popped the pills like I was supposed to.And the results? No bursts of energy. No shakes. No real noticeable differences from not taking it EXCEPT I lose weight! During the time I was taking these here, I lost a lot of weight - and that was good! I was happy that I did not experience the negative effects that I felt drinking a lot of coffee (i.e., taking a lot of caffeine), or being unable to sleep at nights. The weight loss was excellent!Still being skeptical (there must have been some other reason for losing the weight...) I stopped taking them. And the weight slowly crept back on. Again, no other changes were made that I am aware of.Needless to say, I am taking these again and look forward to seeing the weight come off. My next test is to watch what I eat and really see the weight fall off in conjunction with this product.

Arrived on time - not sure if it really works - I haven't lost anything but I haven't gained anything either. I have a sensitive digestive system and this doesn't irritate it.

Its OK but you can get them for a lot lower of a price in stores...

It do work. But sometimes it gives me stomach pain and gases.
