It works
If I know, it’s going to rain, I spray this on my hair before I leave the house. If I know it’s humid outside, I spray this on my hair before I leave the house. I wish they made it in mini form for travel.

Not unscented
The product page says this is unscented but it has a smell that causes me nausea. I would not have purchased it unless it was unscented and it most certainly is scented. I can’t use it and Amazon won’t let me return it. Wasted of money.

This Stuff Really Works!
I use it for the humidity that makes my straight fine hair look like it absorbed all the moisture in the air! I gave a bottle to my friend because her hair frizzes out and it also worked for her!

Soft Touchable Hold, No Stickiness even after Second Day Water Misting
I usually stay away from all hairsprays because I don't like the way they make my hair feel to the touch. Because I use a styling gel on my wet curls, I've had bad experiences with layering another product on top once my hair is dry. That being said, this humidity blocking hair spray from ORLANDO PITA PLAY is different. Before I even sprayed it on my hair, I sprayed it into my hand and was delighted that there was no tacky, or sticky residue. On my hair, pretty much the same; no stiff lacquered feel or look. It's a very fine mist that doesn't drench the hair, rather lightly coats it. It gave me touchable hold that lasted all day. It also has a very nice fragrance. As far as controlling frizz from humidity, I did find my curls kept their definition longer but still dealt with some frizzing. What really impressed me was that when I misted my second day hair with water to revive my curls, adding water on top of this hair spray didn't turn my hair into a sticky mess. Now I'm not saying this is a product I'd recommend to revive second day curls, but I am happy that it doesn't interfere with my second day hair misting routine by interacting poorly with water.Orlando Pita Play is rather costly and I'm not so familiar with hair holding sprays to really know if the cost is justified. What I can say however is that I'm happy with this product and it's changed my mind about using hair spray. One little complaint I do have is that it is really hard to read ingredients and directions the way they are printed on the can. I did my best to photograph the can, but it's still hard to see. Anyway, I hope my experience helps you out a bit with deciding what best for your hair. Thank you.

4.5/5 Effective enough for semi-curly hair to stay straight under humid weather.
If you have semi-curly long hair like me, you probably understand how inconvenient it is to deal with it when it’s raining or humid. I mean you put your soul into dry and straighten your hair out then as soon as you step out of the door, it goes back to semi-curly, which we used to call it dog hair.So I have tried almost everything out there to make it manageable when it’s humid out. However, I was never really 100% satisfied with any of the products. Now I don’t like using regular hair spray as the hair gets too hard, and most of gel products makes your hair look like unwashed if not used properly. Now, I didn’t like the scent of this product to be honest. I didn’t hate it but I wish it smelled a bit better. However, I only took off 0.5 star for it because that rather unpleasant fragrance didn’t linger on.I have tried this product 3 times so far, and it actually worked a lot better than I thought without hardening my long hair. One time, I was sweating so much my hair got wet as well. Usually, that’s when my nicely dried, straightened-out hair would go all back to semi curly on me. But to my surprise, it was rather manageable in that I didn’t look awful to be self conscious as I usually get when it happens.I also used it when I went out on a date when it was rather humid, but my hair stayed the way I styled all night long. So considering its convenience, I would definitely recommend it to people like me who have to deal with semi-curly hair issues. It’s not perfect, but still darn good.

Smells good but doesn’t really provide hold to hair

I've seen it work
My impressions of this at first was does this really work. I have never heard of a spray like this nor the brand itself. I have been taking a liking lately to keeping up with my hair so I have been on the search for things that my hair could use. Since I have began straightening and wrapping it every night I will use this at night which I do think helps in some ways with frizz but where this shines for me is I have applied this after unwrapping my hair at night applying hairspray and this both but this last after going back over some sections to make it look uniform. It was the morning I wore it going out in rain now it was a little heavier then a drizzle I had just fixed my hair that morning before going out and as I was getting caught in the rain I was becoming disappointed and frustrated as it feels like a waste of time and effort when you've done your hair to have this happen. However the combo worked my hair once we got home was not frizzy at all I think I may need to restraighten it before bed tonight but for being out in the rain most of the morning back and forth I will say my hair looks alot better then expected.

Defective spraying mechanism
Product does not dispense/spray. Completely defective and not eligible for a return. I would give 0/5 if I could.
