I bought this in 2021 and have been running it 24/7 since. It’s still working great😳 It’s over 4 years old! I thought no one made products to last anymore.

Empiezo por decir que recién me acabo de mudar y mi habitación aparte de ser muy oscura es un tanto húmeda y tengo un resfríado crónico que no se me ha quitado debido a la humedad, en la noche me la pasaba tosiendo. Por sugerencia del médico me he comprado por primera vez este deshumidificador, mis expectativas eran bajas puesto que he pagado poco por el aparato. Pero me ha sorprendido y de muy buena manera: el aparato no hace bulla, se puede dormir tranquilamente con el deshumidificador encendido en la habitación mientras uno toma la siesta. Ni siquiera produce white noise, es muy silencioso. La luz de encendido parece débil pero para ser pequeña ilumina bastante, no tanto como para impedirte dormir, pero yo que prefiero dormir completamente a oscuras solo puse el deshumidificador en el piso y algo contra la pared para que el reflejo de la luz no me molestara. En un día el deshumidificador me recogió casi 4 onzas de agua. Quitar la bandeja es muy fácil. El aparato hace algo de calor, pero super ligero, nada asi como que te de miedo que se vaya a incendiar la casa o calor para freir un huevo, es un calorcito insignificante. El deshumificador es pequeño de alto un poco mas alto que una lata de Coca Cola, también es liviano, no pesa mas de dos libras. Así que lo recomiendo. Solo llevo tres utilizándolo y mi tos nocturna ha mejorado significativamente, mi resfriado está cediendo, así que ppr muchas razones lo recomiendo. Yo compré una versión económica 'refurbished' porque carecía al momento del presupuesto, pero me llegó en perfecto estado. La caja estaba en perfectas condiciones, en la descripción me decía que la caja no estaba perfecta pero noté solamente que la imagen de la caja estaba solo un poco raspada. Como cuando una despega cinta adhesiva y se viene la imagen, pues así. Por lo demás el deshumificador vino perfecto: en su caja, adentro con su papel burbuja, instrucciones y cargador. Espero mi reseña le sirva de ayuda a alguien.

Not for too many plant or big plants. Id there is humidity for whatever reason that doesn't stop it's not good

We have been using this dehumidifier since we purchased it in June now just over a year later it has stopped working. A few days ago, we flipped it off to empty it and when we replaced the try and turned it back on, nothing happened. It gets power because the trip switch that shuts it off when full can be pressed and the red "Full" light still comes on but otherwise there is no more function. to it. Purchased June of 21 and now Aug. of 22 we have a paperweight.Giving 2 stars because it did work well while it worked. I'll reach out to the manufacturer about warranty or replacement but for only $30 I guess you get what you pay for.Update: Lowering my star rating down to 1 because I've reached out to VAVSEA and haven't even gotten a "we'll get back to you email" after over a week of waiting. Sent a follow up request for contact Will update again if I get a response.

I LOVE this small but powerful device! It does an amazing job of collecting moisture from my small room. My cat has knocked it over a few times while playing, which worries me because of the water it collects, but thankfully nothing has happened to it.

I've only been using this portable dehumidifier for a few days, but so far I really like it. I have a very tiny en suite bathroom whose window became useless when the original owners decided to add an enclosed sun porch so that the bathroom window opened onto the sun porch instead of outside. My father and I blocked off the window since it was now useless and added a ceiling fan which sucks the moisture through a duct in the attic and then through a vent that leads outside. Unfortunately, this has not been enough to prevent a damp smell that permeates long after a hot shower. With this dehumidifier, it started collecting the moisture in the air immediately and I can see the water that is being collected. The bathroom no longer has a damp smell and I am very pleased. I'm not sure how well the dehumidifier would perform in a large space, but for my tiny bathroom, I am definitely getting my money's worth.

I put this in a small room that was currently at 65% humidity. After 8 hours of running, it pulled two tablespoons of water out of the air. Then I plugged in my large dehumidifier and it pulled a gallon in 8 hours. This is not all that surprising since the fan is only a small case face (like the one in computers). But maybe this helps put things into perspective.I have been using it in a basement closet. It does very little, but it's enough to keep mildew awayA year after purchase, the fan stopped working. So I purchased a new fan and it ran for two more years. Then it stopped working again. I'll try something different now.
