The product delivered on time.The quality of product is good. Absorbs moisture quickly and tuns pink in color. That's all chemistry behind it.I am satisfied with the quality and product received as mentioned.As once it turns pink, it is almost saturated with moisture and its capacity to absorb moisture reduces.Will discuss soon about its recyclability.

The item is from fresh stock, i.e., June 2020 and expiry date is June 2021. Actually Silica Gel has no expiry date as it can be reheated and used again and again. I am using 500 gms standard quality Silica Gel for last 12 years in my camera box without any problem. Silica Gel is the most effective and cheapest method of protecting expensive equipments, especially optical equipments like camera, microscope etc. This is because moisture in air allows fungus to grow on lens surfaces and this degrades the lens quality. Packing was good. Hence all globules were dark color.

I wanted these to save my electronics from humidity. I bought the blue ones that turn pink when moisture is absorbed. However I've had zero luck trying to reuse them after they've changed colour. I tried on low flame on the gas on a heavy bottomed vessel, they turned blue (some broke even on the lowest flame) but upon cooling the colour changed back to pink within a day's time. The fresh pieces do the job but not a long term solution for me unfortunately.

The media could not be loaded. I love it! It's so pretty and very effective for drying flowers. I easily reactivated it in the microwave

Ordered 1 kg pack.All silica beads were dark blue in colour that means ready to use.Came in a sealed plastic bag.Absorbing moisture quickly. I made small pouches of it and have recycled them twice.No sand or powder in package.

Works good to absorb moisture and turned pink in less than 24 hours for me. But Restoration is not working. Heating in microwave gets them to blue but they turned pink in another 10 mins by thier own vapour moisture. Not able to reuse.
