Great Read
This was a great read for someone looking to get into the sport of MMA. It covers most of the basics of starting out, while also giving you a decent overview of some of the overlooked aspects of the sport. I suggest reading it if you're brand new to MMA and are interested in starting down the path of cage fighting.

Good beginner's guide to MMA.
There was a short history about where and how it started. This book is for beginners who want to learn MMA and take challenges. There were different types of discipline in MMA and it tells you how you should begin. There were details of requirements for a particular style of MMA.I am a big fond of UFC and this book gave me information on how they started their journey. This book also explains some basic requirements and tips to learn MMA which was very interesting. There were no pictures of any postures or moves which make it a bit bored.Though this book is very good who want to be a part of MMA.

Excited about classes!
I decided that I wanted to take a few mixed martial arts classes to learn some self-defense moves. I’m so happy I came across this book. It definitely answered a lot of my questions and concerns. This book helped me determine which type of fighting styles I wanted to study along with a list of other elements that has proved to be helpful. I have since signed up for classes and I’m glad I took the time to read this book.

MMA Training Bible
This is a great guide to getting into MMA. I started training in martial arts when I was 12 and recently got into MMA. I just wish I had this guide as it breaks everything down and shows you step by step how to get the most from your training, and how to progress at the fastest rate possible. This is a must have for MMA enthusiasts.

For MMA Lovers
I do practice MMA not to become a professional MMA fighter but for self defense. To improve my fighting skills, I have been watching great exciting fighters like Jon Jones, Jose Aldo, heavy weight Cain Velasquez, Demetrious Johnson and many others. I am always looking for every opportunity out there to improve my fighting skills and I can say that this book is an important source. It talks about all you need to know about MMA particularly attacks and defenses, which are enough to prepare me for my self dense training.

The first step in the right direction
I have to say I was very surprised with this book. Not just in a good way but in a great way. I saw on the description of the book that it was 96 pages, it is not it is actually 61 pages including the conclusions. Usually this would annoy me no end but the information in the book is extremely valuable. This book concentrate on the most important aspect of MMA, the mental game. This book does not include any training drills, it has details of how to perform certain submission moves, no pictures but links to YouTube videos that show you how the move is performed. So going back to the mental game Jeff McCall challenges you from the on set. "Why do you want to do MMA?"If this is something you cannot answer then maybe the sport off MMA is not for you. The book talk about mentally being ready for injuries and pain, this is the worlds toughest contact sport. Then it talk about weight cutting, and getting into the right mind set of your first fight. Something small like even your walking music could make a difference. This is not a book the will change anyone to the next Jon Jones, but what it does do is put people in the right frame of mind and encourages people to go out and find a good gym train properly, eat properly, and live property, as well as not getting too cought up in success but to keep yourself grounded. This is a great introduction before you enter the gym, (yes you will have to enter the gym and train hard), even if you now understand a number of different MMA terms or position you didn't before reading this.

Encore un de ces kindle books ou l'on essaie de gagner de l'argent facilement sans apporter rien de nouveau au lecteur

Good read
A good read. If you're into MMA, and especially if you're new to the scene, i'd recommend you check this out, as it has a lot of good stuff and tips that can help you from the get-go. There's some great tips especially for beginners, and i wish there were more books like this solely focused for beginning MMA.
