Well, I liked the packaging and the way it looked when I opened it up. My hair is black so I had to dye it darker. When I did, I was not happy with the look of the hair. The ends were very thin and didn't look anything like the pictured result. I haven't put it in yet, not sure if I am going to. The only positive I can say at this point is after dying and drying the hair, it did brush through easy.
