Kiniki Men's Tan Through Swim Shorts (5th Generation)

Ok, so I wasn't sure if purchasing a pair of these trunks was a good idea or not. But, I had some rewards points floating around, and I love swimming, but I don't love the tan lines I get. So, I figured, why not, and ordered a pair. First impressions: I got the package out of the mailbox and thought there is no way there is anything in that envelope that I'll be able to wear at the pool! But, lo and behold, I opened it up, and there was a lovely pair of swim shorts. Holding them up to my waist, I thought the size would be too small, but once I put them on, they fit perfectly. I will say that Amazon suggesting I go a size higher than their size chart was a good idea, but the large size fits me perfectly with a 34" waist. I wore them into the pool tonight, and wow, they were great. The fabric print does a great job of hiding the fact that there are definitely parts that are see through, and I don't think anyone looking at a glance would be able to tell that the fabric is that sheer. One word of caution though, if you have anything metallic (jewelry or otherwise) that will definitely show through the fabric, so beware! Other than that, I wish I would have bought these earlier since swim season is almost done for the year. Great product, and so far I love it.

These swim trucks fit tight so the sun can penetrate easily but I still suggest getting one size larger than normal and it is best to keep out of chlorinated pools/hot tubs since they will fade faster than regular cloth suits. I like them because they are fast drying and light weight for use when traveling. I would have given them 5 stars is they were more colorfast. The stitching was very good and did not fray nor did they run like other brands. I have already repurchased more of these in different styles. I recommend this product.

Like the look of the product but, size chart completely wrong and item way smaller than last shorts I purchased of same size from same company. Don't see it as my mistake but, expected me to pay return shipping to Great Britain. Was just going to order larger size but, not going to make anymore purchases from this company instead of paying to return item they sized wrong.

I'm a lady and I bought the largest size bottoms and they fit like boy shorts! Very comfortable! 💜

Keeps harsh tan lines away and overall very comfortable and stylish. My roommate ended up getting a pair and he loves them. These are tight to skin so be ready for a more revealing look if you plan on wearing these out in public! No you cannot see the goodies, but yes it contours basically every curve the shorts cover

This was a reward to myself! I’m 6’ 2” and recently dropped from almost 220 lbs to 190 lbs. My waist size is now about 36 I think. When I first tried it on at 195 lbs, the waist was a bit snug... but fit. Now is seems fine (maybe I stretched it some). I ordered the side L. These are clingy and sheer, but the fabric pattern camouflages your equipment so you don’t reveal too much. There is a small crotch liner if you want to hide your bulge a bit more, but this suit will cup your your parts. The liner can easily be removed or just pushed to the side if you prefer. Either way, you will display a bulge. Note: The colors are more muted than the photos indicate. The camera must highlight the color while in real life the fine mesh tamps down the color. It still looks great. Shipping was a bit faster than promised, and arrived the day before leaving on a beach trip. Win! Being trunks, these are not as skimpy as a speedo, but they are still sexy. My wife highly approves. I will be ordering another color in the same size.

I’ve used these religiously all summer and my “bathing suit area” is still white while the rest of me has a very nice tan. (I’d post a pic but Amazon would prohibit it). They only allow a tiny bit of sun through; nowhere NEAR enough to justify their cost and the odd fit (I’m skinny yet with reasonably muscular thighs) but these are still tight in the waist and loose in the legs (they ride up immediately and annoyingly with any movement). Sunbathe nude and save your money.

Super comfortable. If your used to jammer swimsuits you'll love these. The fit chart was spot on. I wear 40 pants , 38 for swimsuits and the XL was perfect. Be aware the fabric is see thru when put up to a light but not when worn. For Canadians... Taxes, duties and brokerage was more than the cost of the item plus shipping....

I usually wear the L, but I got an M since I lost a bit of weight... And it was a great decision... It fits perfect and feels great, also it dries up really fast since the air can run through the fiber it feels fresh, you almost feel the wind 😸 Its very short, almost like a trunk suit, but more loose, I love this design. I'm still getting used to it being so colourful, but it's definitely my new favourite swim wear for the beach 👍
