Great sight for the price, but parts were missing.
Let me start by saying, I have owned and sold sights from all of the top manufacturers, and this sight is no different. The quality is excellent, the weight is pretty good and the smoothness of operation is also excellent. I prefer this sight over the Spot Hogg (Tommy) Trophy Ridge (React Alpha) and Axcel (Accutouch) sights that I currently own for the following reasons - smoother than the Trophy Ridge, lighter than the Spot Hogg and the pins are brighter than my Axcel. The biggest difference is the cost is much cheaper than Spot Hogg or Axcel sights. I still like the Tek Hybrid over this sight, mainly because of weight, but I highly recommend this sight.
