Great chew for dogs
I love giving these to my medium-sized dog (~30 lbs) because they last so long. I used to give her rawhides but learned about how bad they actually are for dogs; I was pleased to find Himalayans because they allow my dog to get her chewing fix without being horrible for health. I only let her chew it when I'm around because when it gets small, she might accidentally choke...but I love that you can put what's left in the microwave and "puff" it into a dog rice krispy treat :).I have noticed that if my dog breaks off large pieces and eats them, she will puke them up the next day. However, this does not happen often.I love this multi-pack of Himalayans because it's more cost-effective than buying just one. Himilayans aren't cheap either way--single or multi-pack--but with how often I give them to my dog, I found this package to be worth the price. I tend to buy the six-pack since the price is even better per individual that way, but I know that's a lot of money at once, so this three-pack is sometimes a bit easier to afford. Either way, I highly recommended these for dogs that love to chew!

Maybe not for all dogs...
Well, first I have to say that my dog did love these. She would gnaw on one for hours. But after a few times it was obvious that they didn't really agree with her. In the early morning hours, after eating one, she would regurgitate partially digesting pieces. At first I wasn't sure if it was something else or not, but I don't really feed her anything other than her regular food, and she's never had a repeat once I stopped giving them to her. Back to raw marrow bones.

FAKE!!! I've purchased this brand of Himalayan chews for my French bulldog time and time again, but something was off about these. They were a strange color and when chewed, the bone broke into pieces within minutes. The worst part is that she actually started developed a rash as she was allergic to some ingredient in these. This has never happened before. Buyers beware!

The jury is still out on whether or not the pups like these. However I'm not happy that the 3 pack I ordered each one was broken into Pieces

These are quality yak chews. I have had other brands splinter when my dog aggressively chews. Yak chews are expensive in general so in my area these are actually around $2 more / stick for this size. My 9 month old mini aussie loves them and a chew lasts about 5-6 days (we only offer him chews/treats when we can be in the room watching him ). Also the microwave trick is great (when it gets small and may become a choking threat, microwave 30-45 seconds and let it cool. ..it's like a puffed rice treat for them...no waste ☺

My dogs loved these dog chews so much that I was not able to get them away from the dogs. Positive note is I was able to have the dogs do almost anything when the reward was these chew; go outside on a rainy day, get into their kennel, not bark at the squirrels outside. Only negative is the price versus how long they last. I wish the chews lasted long for the price.
