R&D Flex Jet Fuel Mixture Screw for 02-08 Honda CRF450R

Well worth the money. The thread on the fuel screw is a tight fit with the fuel screw hole but it did screw in perfectly after that.

I got this for CRF450x. The stock fuel screw was nearly unreachable without unscrewing the air boots and rotating the carb. Even an extended screw would be tough on the trail. I can use this with gloves on without shutting off the motor. I wish it was just slightly shorter to make a more snug fit, but it's otherwise great. Tip for the crf450x at least, make sure your old spring, washer and especially oring come out. The oring and washer tend to get stuck in there. I had to pop my bowl off and pop it out with a paperclip. Other than that, I bent the little mounting wire to adjust the angle of it, and it fits beautifully! Highly recommended!

Great quality product at a price comparable to other mixture screws. Now it actually is easy to adjust air/fuel mixture, and screw stays set without moving due to vibration.. Ez adjust screw I had in there before was still hard to get to because it sat right over the starter. On a side note to all the people asking if it will fit bike x or y or z as i noticed in customer questions. If you have quad or a dirtbike with a Keihin FCR carb it will fit. If you don't know what carb you have or how to tell what carb is on your bike you probably shouldn't be messing with that screw to begin with.

I've ordered two of them,one is working great the other one had problems with the threads so I discarded it so it didn't get used .

Awesome product! This makes adjusting the nightmare of a fuel screw as easy as it could be. On my 2015 crf250x the fuel screw is pain to get to. Nearly impossible without all the right tools. And to make things harder Honda added a plug on the 2015 model that now needs to be removed in order to even access the fuel screw (NIGHTMARE). Luckily I was already taking the carb off for some other mods. Either way, thats not their fault...Its Hondas. So, if you follow the instructions and dont have the EPA fuel mixture screw plug blocking the screw that needs to come out this job is a breeze and changes your engine performance drastically.

Bought this for my 03 Kawak.klx400r ,would not fit through float bowl as wouldn't the stock air screw I assume to keep it from being able to fall out . I almost returned it however realised I could drill out the hole a little and then it worked should have had instructions but did not come with any it does work haven't needed to adjust yet until trail tested I put it at two turns out all runs well. The other types that come straight down won't fit klx or drz with electric startAnd if it helps anyone to know I rebuilt carb w. New accelerator diaphragm ,2 over on main and outlaw brand accelerater pump cover got rid of low end bog. Along with 3x3 and midrange pump removed.

I have a 2008 TRX450ER, this product made fine tuning a breeze. When adjusting the air screw the engine has to be up to temp, with that being said trying to adjust the original or one of those extended air screws tends to be difficult and usually lends a few scorched appendages. This remote screw is MUCH easier to use. No more burned fingers! Only thing is don't count on the sticker being in the package. Mine was missing. No big deal to me though.

Installed in minutes. Came with new spring, washer, and o-ring. Solved my #1 problem with this crf450, pilot screw constantly backing out and causing runability issues
