I’m writing the review on the level of customer service and satisfaction. I ordered this and had it for the grandkids birthday. It was a hit with the kids however after the first use it developed a split at one of the seams. I started the return and the company offered to replace -which I chose and unbelievably the replacement was delivered the very next day. That’s great customer service! The kids are enjoying the replacement and nothing has happened to this one so hopefully the original item was just a defect at the factory.

I’m an aunt to a 2, 3, 4, & 5 year old (and a new baby but I digress) & I got this for my parents house for the summer and it was an even bigger hit than I imagined. The photos oversell the water pressure tho haha. We set it up in backyard at a slight downslope. The 4 kids splashed around all day. Mostly in the bottom 1/2 toward the pool area. The water sprays are WAY less powerful than images, and mainly only spray towards the bottom. Maybe bigger kids would use the full length but we couldn’t keep the top 1/2 wet. Overall fun memories even if we have only used it once or twice.

The slip n slide itself is pretty good. It can be inflated at the end to buffer those using it a bit when they reach the end. It tends to ride up a bit, and the plastic pegs it comes with aren't very robust or easy to push into harder dirt/lawns. But overall it's decent. But the body boards it comes with are useless for anyone over about 3 years old. I ended up buying some separate larger ones with handles for my kids.

Perfect for backyard summer fun for the kids. If you were born in the '80s, you had a slip and slide and now if you have young kids, it's your turn to share that gift with them. This particular one is the perfect model regardless of the length of your yard with the two different sizes that are available. You also have two tracks side by side with plenty of room so you don't have to worry about the kids running into each other or having to wait for a line. The pool at the end will slow the kids down and stop them right before offense even if you're going slightly downhill, lol. My little girls loved it, it comes with the inflatable rafts, but the girls didn't need them they enjoyed the traditional slip and slide. So far it seems durable and has been easy to put out and put away, a little bit of air to blow up the end and spiking it into the ground and hooking it up to the hose and you're done. Wait till the next day after it gets dry, and then fold it up and store it in the garage. Doesn't get easier than that. Do not leave this in your yard for a week and expect your grass to be okay underneath it, it will kill whatever is under it if you leave it there for a long period of time it is a big sheet of plastic.

The slide itself is long (32 feet) and seems quite durable, which is definitely a plus. However, the two inflatable boards are smaller than expected and not very comfortable for older kids or adults. Also, the water pressure has to be really strong to keep the whole length of the slide slick — otherwise it doesn’t work as well toward the end. Overall, it’s fun and sturdy, but could use better boards and more even water flow.

The material is good, and the set up is easy. But the holes in the water runner are too close together laterally, so they often only spray on on lane of the slide, even after repeated adjustments. We also tried adjusting to a more downhill slope, but one lane stays wetter than the other.

Wir haben die JOYIN Wasserrutsche 22,5 ft mit 2 Bahnen für den Garten gekauft und sind insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Rutsche ist stabil aufgebaut, lässt sich gut aufblasen und sorgt bei warmem Wetter für viel Spaß bei den Kindern. Besonders die zwei Bahnen sind toll, weil mehrere Kinder gleichzeitig rutschen können, ohne warten zu müssen. Die Qualität macht einen robusten Eindruck, das Material ist dick genug, und die Verarbeitung wirkt sauber. Auch das Aufstellen geht relativ schnell, und das Planschen macht den Kleinen richtig Spaß. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Man braucht einen ausreichend großen Garten, weil die Rutsche lang ist. Außerdem sollte sie auf einer ebenen Fläche stehen, damit alles stabil bleibt. Fazit: Wer seinen Kindern eine erfrischende und spaßige Beschäftigung für den Sommer bieten möchte, liegt mit dieser Wasserrutsche genau richtig. Macht wirklich Spaß!
