This is THE BEST dog leash I've ever owned. I've had it almost a year. It is beautiful, soft and looks brand new. It IS real leather. It absorbs a little shock (which is nice). Truly love this leash. If I get another dog, this is the only leash I'll buy again. It looks just like the photos. Job well done to Zabbow.

This leash is listed as 6 feet long. It is 5 feet 6 inches. The leash works as it should, it is just deceiving with the length listed.

The leash we received is not 6 feet long, as advertised online and printed on the box we received. It is only about 5 feet long from handle to clasp. We wouldn't have purchased this item had we known it was not 6 feet long.

Just the right length for dog training.I know when I took my dog to obedience class, this is exactly the same as the leash specified for the class. So this here is a nice backup. My doggy she gets so excited when she sees this leash, because she know what's next! A WALK YIPPEE!! Every dog loves to go for a walk. This is a very nice quality full grain leather. If feels great in my hand, and of course it is strong enough to leash any dog. The brown is a very nice color, the leather is well tanned and the dye is even.The one downside I must mention, is it reeks of china. You might want to hang it up for a few days and let it air out. The cardboard box got crushed due to inadequate packaging, it was mailed in a bubble envelope. The leash however was not damaged, just the box and the plastic bag it was wrapped in. I mention this in case you were thinking of ordering this as a gift, it was in no way giftable, it looked like it had some hard miles.I purchased this at a discount in exchange for an honest unbiased review. I do not let other reviews influence my opinion of this product, so I can assure you my use, testing, and evaluation of this product is genuinely mine. We were told by our dog trainer to purchase leather instead of fabric - no clue why I hadn't before! So much softer on our hands yet strong and flexible. Good quality product - secure catch to attach to collar. Thank you.

Very nice soft yet durable leash to use in obedience training. Would look to buy other lengths from this company as the leather is soft/broken in and will last for years to come with the braded handle and at the snap.

The clasp was a little tight, and "catchy", but we loosed it up with some spray and it was good to go! The leather is very nice and well made, our dog is about 20 pounds so we don't anticipate any problems.
