I loved this so much I bought it twice. I had it in silver and now in black. Only downfall, which I should have seen coming, it is not teenager proof. I let one of my students borrow for a class period and they broke the tip. Other than that this gets heavy use from me and the spinning lead makes it to never get that annoying jagged side. Always writes smooth. As long as you don't let a junior high student use it for too long it is a great mechanical pencil that will last a long time.

Very impressed. Huge difference compared to normal lead pencil. Haven't broken the lead yet(used it for two weeks). Seems like the automatic rotating of the lead does the magic.

Great grip, so nicely finished, light but with a good weight , not like the plastic ones that feel like they are going to break easily. Amazed with the rotation of the lead keeps the tip sharp and HB wasn't too stiff , I give it 4 starts because the color selection isn't much but overall looks like a well worth it purchase, it would last for a good while!

I always used the yellow sharpen-them-yourself pencils that I bought when stores were having back-to-school sales. I do not like ballpoint pens or felt tipped pens. I had a mechanical pencil but it didn't work quite right and was uncomfortable to use. Sharpening pencils is not an overwhelming chore but it is an annoying one.This pen is the perfect weight. Feels great. That makes a difference if you use a pencil a lot like I do. The lead (HB) included in the pack appear to be high quality. Smoothly goes on the paper. The included erasers are very good. I like the fact that the lead rotates as it is being used. That probably contributes to how smoothly the pencil works. The packaging allows for convenient long term storage of extra leads and erasers.

Good pencil for writing

Been using this pencil every day for writing notes in school. The erasers last a long time and are very good quality. I think I’ve changed mine out twice in a year. I don’t think I’ll ever need another pencil again. It’s just so good. The writing experience with the turning led, the feel and grip, the build quality. Just amazing. I’ve used SO many mechanical pencils over the years, Sakura uniball and many other brands that are all incredible but this is the only pencil that actually makes me want to use it it’s so enjoyable. Drawing, drafting, note taking, I’ve done so much with this pencil and it never fails or disappoints. I rarely get cramps using this pencil even when writing for hours in lectures. Just great.

Love the metal build of this pencil, feels very solid to hold. Rotation mechanism works as advertised, and I'd say pretty reliably.
