This orthopedic seat cushion is made of what I would call medium firm memory foam. It has a soft velour cover on the top and sides and an anti slip pad on the bottom. It has a zipper so you can take it off to wash and it is machine washable so you don't have to wash it be hand. It's comfortable enough but I wish it were a little firmer but that's just me. I have a bad back and if I sit too long it really bothers me. Using this cushion did give me some relief.

I've bought two of these now. The first was many months ago and I'm still using it, thought it's been pretty well smushed. I really like the contour of it and it's firm but not too firm. It is just the right about of firmness that it makes my chair more comfortable. The level of firmness also keeps it from going flat too quickly. I sit on it daily and I'm a heavy person and because of it's shape it still helps despite it eventually becoming smushed.

This product was purchased for my Mother who is in a wheelchair. She weighs about 100 pounds and has a very small wheelchair. this doesn't begin to cover the bottom of the chair and I can't imagine anyone much larger being able to use it comfortably. I did not get this free to give a review.

As a jewelry designer who often sits 12 to 14 hours at a time, I am absolutely thrilled with the comfort level.This product is well constructed and after trying numerous seat cushions this one is a winner, I wish there was a way to give it 10 stars! I use it in both in my studio as well as my office. I think I need another one!!!!

I was debating whether to buy a new office chair or this. I went this way because it was cheaper than the new office chair option. I'M SO GLAD I DID!!!! This cushion is so comfortable for those who spend long sessions in their office chairs. I will be buying another one soon for another chair. Try it out! You won't be disappointed...

I hurts when you're driving. There is a portion in it that is hard.

I really enjoy this seat cushion. I had a discectomy's on two levels about five months ago and I cannot sit on hard chairs at basketball games or church and the cushion has helped soften the hard surfaces a lot. It seems like it is sturdy and durable product and provides enough cushion but is not too bulky to carry around
