The suction power is very good and easy to use

For the money this is a pretty good product, the suction cup anchored the tool really well, and I was using a metal surface, I would guess that on glass it would be even better.The only negative is that with larger spools (bulk line) the spool doesn’t turn as smoothly as I would like, this is because the springs are in direct contact with the spool cones, I intend to find a couple of washers to put between the springs and the cones, I’m pretty sure this will make the rotation much smoother. If the manufacturer added two washers this would be near perfect.That said it did a very acceptable job for a very reasonable price.

I use this inside a bucket of water. I suction it to the bottom of the bucket and let the line soak before spooling. The springs allow you to add tension to get the best line lay.Spooled 6 spools perfectly with no twist.Wish is have bought one years ago.

Opened the packet and it was faulty. The rubber seal that creates the suction to hold the winder was hanging off so could not get it to stick. Poor quality.

The item arrived swiftly and is exactly as described. The sticky pad stuck well to my kitchen table (I wetted the surface slightly first) and held strong whilst I reeled around 1000ft of line onto various reels at high tension. I have no issue in recommending this item for people who want an easy way of spooling line on their own!

In adequate suction pad does not hold properly. Very poor quality.

Very good saves all the hassle of trying to put line on the reel , without it it takes ages, with it very fast ,and great for the price

Needs a non porous base to attach to, i.e laminated surface. Might take a couple of turns to get used to how it works.For the price, it is brilliant!
