Use this as a supplement only. I tried to do all my studying with this book, and did not feel prepared at all(I did pass though. It doesn't have very much information about bouy markings and lights. It is merely a gloss over of the subject material. THere's a reason the proper study guide is two massive volumes. Unless you have prepared in other ways, (courses or the actual books) this is a study guide at best.
