360365 120-volt T5 Very High Output Fluorescent Lighting Fixture, 4-Feet, 4 Lamps

Great fixture, super lumens, good spread and cool at the canopy. Works very well from 4" to 24" I wish I had bought this before the LED. A lot less money, for excellent results. No comparison.

Been running this light for about 3 months now. for the price, i thought it was good when i was looking at a few HID light comparisons. however, this thing only puts out about the same lumens as a 250w HID kit, but draws around 400w. I did a little more research and can get a 600w HID for around the same price, if you include the fact that the kit will include both a MH and HPS (you'd need to get the red spectrum bulbs for this, which are ~10 per bulb, so your price would increase ~30 on top of this price.if you do a quick search on ebay (revolt 600w HPS) you'll see plenty of kits in the 200 USD range that would easily top this kit.the only benefit i can say is heat, but IMO, thats kind of BS due to the fact that these 95 watters put out some intense heat. i cant get the bulbs any closer than about 7" without heat being an issue and thats WITH circulation fans. i do not have a venting system setup yet (well i have it, but just not 100% set up yet).for the money, go HID if you can vent. use these as supplemental lighting.

Love how this light is low heat and plenty of light. I've had the Sunblaze HO, this unit has same heat output, more lumens tho.
