The rubber tip fell off on the first day of use as others have said. The mechanism for reaching out with the tool (to ring a door bell or open a door) doesn’t feel super strong but I think it is value for money. I have used it a lot to open toilet doors etc.

I bought one of these and I am impressed with the quality, I think it is robust and will last a long time. the clip is useful, it clips on to my handbag and stays there. I could also put it on pockets or keys if I wanted to. I can sanitize it easily. Family and friends have also bought this same one when they saw mine. they think it is fab. I have pressed buttons on pin pads, though it isn't so good for sensitive touch screens like tablets, takes some effort and patience with these.

Arrived promptly, but one of the retractors broke on first pull. Luckily I have purchased this for work and can attach it to my key chain. Otherwise it looks strong enough, and is small enough to not be a nuisance.

I have seen these advertised for a much higher price, so didn’t know if these would be as good quality, but I needn’t have worried. Comes with a stretch wire that makes it so easy to reach lift buttons, buttons on traffic lights, cash machines etc. The door opening tool is great as well. I liked it so much I ordered some more for family. Very strong durable material and very high quality.

Item just arrived and seems fine for my needs in this coronavirus era. I know it doesn’t contain antiviral/bacterial properties but with care and a spray of my little hand gel after each use it should be a useful tool. I thought I might clip it to my handbag rather than on my clothing. Of course we must also continue with government guidance on washing hands regularly, socially distancing and wearing of face masks in a safe manner.

It's made of strong steel. However I found that the rubber cover, used for touch screen devices, keeps falling off. I've now list this runner piece. The keychain is a little in the cheap side too.

Perfect to use on doors and buttons. Enough stretch and wearable
