I use this 40+ hours a week in my Isuzu truck. After the driver seat began to flatten apart and fry, I began to look for something that not only gave me a bit of a cushion but that went on beyond the normal cushion of the driver seat.This cushion delivered. It took some getter used to. It sits about 3 inches higher than whatever seat you are used to. With back issued, my back took a bit to get used to the feel and height that this cushion gives. However, much of my sciatica pain went way after I started using this.It has a textured rubberized bottom to lower the sliding of this cushion. It does well at this while sitting on it, but I found that I was positioning the cushion every time I got into the driver seat. But this is to be expected in any free cushion.If a butt contouring cushion is what you need, consider this memory foam cushion.

Although not a perfect fit, this seat cushion is a good buy if you must spend a lot of time driving or sitting before a computer. I brought it for a trip from Knoxville, TN to Colorado Springs. Co and back. That was three days of driving each way and I was comfortable for the entire trip. Now, I am using on my computer chair and appreciate the increased comfort. A good buy in my opinion.

I use a variety of cushions, for pelvic pain. This one is comfortable on my desk chair and in the car, and I seem to be able to sit longer than on some other cushions. The only drawback is that it is so precisely shaped that it doesn't allow much change of position. Also, because of the molded shape I don't think it would work for someone who is very heavy or wide in the backside. Other than that, it's a good product and good value.

I'm male 5'9" 160 lbs in my 50s. My problem driving had been the pressure on the bones in my butt - I suppose I don't have enough fat there.This provided exactly what i hoped by distributing he support to the sides of the legs - I don't think that could have been achieved with any other the other "flat jell" cushions. And the slot in the middle helps with another driving annoyance that occurs as we slowly slip forward.I'm recommending it to others so hope it's back in stock soon.

When I received this seat cushion I thought it was uncomfortable and returned it. Unfortunately I bought another seat cushion that appears to have caused my lower back to flare up. I think my back felt fine with the MaxCushion, but when I tried to buy it again the MaxCushion is no longer available. My mistake.

I bought this cushion as I've been having back pain & pain in my right hip while driving. The moment I put it in the car & started using this I noticed a huge difference. It has taken away all of the pain on short drives & lengthened the amount of time I can go without pain on long drives. I start noticing the pain returning after about 4 hours, but if I take a break & moved around it goes away again. I highly recommend this product!

this seat cushion is great for my office chair. It makes my back straight and the cushion is strong enough to hold my weight at 195lbs.I feel comfortable and definitely recommend it for those who have uncomfortable office chairs and/or have some back issues.

A little wide for the actual seating area but with use it should work extremely well in conjunction with the lumbar back support and the neck rest. Especially on long drives.
