Plain-old cornflakes!
This compact pack is fortified with minerals and vitamins. You may have to add sugar, honey, raisins, almonds or other ingredients to suit your taste. There is also a honey version that is a bit too sweet for my taste, so it may be advantageous to go with the plain version and add what you like. There are larger packs that may be cheaper (per gram), but this pack is good as a starter or trial version.
