We purchased this for our master bathroom remodel and it fits perfect with our bathroom design. Works well and was easy to install. We did have one line that was supplied that needed to be replaced but the customer service was phenomenal, easy process, sent us a new line within days of emailing them and even followed up by calling to make sure it was the fix to the problem. Would definitely recommend

Product arrived on time, packaged very well. It worked great after hookup. I did have an issue with a leak eventually, and the company responded very quickly and went above and beyond to resolve. I was very impressed.

The tub filler works great! The first one that was shipped was damaged. However, the customer service was awesome. They shipped out a new one immediately and it works great and looks great!

Very appealing Faucet for the price. Install is a little difficult if you are installing on a Floor with no underneath access, but very doable. Braided lines can 'pinch' in a tight area, but other than that, very easy install, and looks fantastic. Company was very responsive to a missing piece, going as far to send the replacement piece within (2) days. Even followed up via text/phone to make sure I received it. Highly recommend!

Opened the box and pick up the faucet and water started coming out of it. The packaging is completely dry. Thanks for sending me a used faucet that I have a plumber scheduled to install tomorrow. What a joke dont buy …..

My husband installed this quickly and easily, and it fills really quickly. I was initially worried that it would take forever to fill up my soaking tub, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it worked much faster than expected. I love the sprayer attachment; it makes cleaning and rinsing out the bathtub so easy! I bought this one used for about $40 (after my husband somehow lost the $250 faucet I bought first) and am absolutely impressed by the quality.

beautiful faucet i got the black, until the black started fading to silver. Not worth it in the long run.

Install is not easy. Supply lines are m10 by 3/8 flexi connectors. The m10 connections can only be hand tight or you will cut the o rings. If you connect the m10 side before you connect the 3/8 side you will surely back the m10 connection side out when you are tightening the 3/8 side. Supply lines need to be about 6 inches longer to allow easier access when tightening connections. Also, the shower head is prone to dripping when you turn the water off. If you manage to get it installed correctly, it is a good looking tub filler and very affordable compared to other tub fillers.

Le robinet est tres beau une fois installé. Mais il est tres difficile d’installation. On a du travailler fort pour que les hoses de la tete cesse de couler. Mais une fois les troubles terminé nous sommes bien satisfait.
