I love it it's beautiful and it works
The media could not be loaded. The two negative things I kept hearing was it didn't flow down like it should and the cones didn't smell like they should well I ordered a small one for my husband and a big one for me and they both work perfect I went ahead and ordered reverse flow cones separately for us because readers said that the tones that came with it didn't really smell good. I will say that both cones burn at about the same rate but the ones I ordered definitely have a much better smell and fragrance then the ones that come with it. And it will flow beautifully as long as you don't talk right over it or blow on it or have a fan running if it's not flowing right check your air but you also may need to adjust the cone a little so that the hole on the bottom of the cone is lined up with the hole on the holder otherwise it won't go down in there but it's really easy and I love it thank you

Works great, but 6"D -10" glass candleholder cylinder helps when fans are running
Burns incense just fine, with interesting smoke trails.Since I normally have fans running in my room I ordered a CYSEXCEL D-6" H-10 Glass Open Ended Hurricane...Cylinder Sleeve. Reduces drafts disturbing the smoke flow.I also clean after each use.Window fan can clear the air quickly after use, if needed.

Nice =)
The burner itself works very well and looks nice. It gets 4 stars instead of 5 because the fish do look a bit goofy.I threw away the incense that it came with because they smell horrible, but I'm not counting that against the overall rating since I bought this for the burner and not the incense included. I burned one of the cones and it made my room smell horrible all day. Didn't bother with the stick incense that it came with because they smelled bad even without burning. I plan on using Shoyeido Japanese incense with this and recommend them strongly since they smell amazing!

Good incense burner for its price.
The quality of the burner is good for its price. There is no defect in the painting or overall structure. I definitely agree with other reviews that the two koi look a bit silly (probably from the slightly misaligned eyes). However, the smoke waterfall from backflow incense cone is beautiful, and the stick incense holder can fit all types of incense on the market.As other reviews have mentioned: DO NOT use the free incense that came with the burner. Yes they are free. No they do not smell good at all. I bought some Soul Sticks brand backflow cones and they are so much better.

Oils
I’ve been using this for about 8ish months and here are a few things to note,The water fall mechanic of the back flow cones is overall super good. BUT, the oils from the incensed get all stuck on the track and it leaves a sticky and weird brown residue. I don’t know if this is with all back flow cones though.Second, when you wash it some of the paint comes off easily. First time I washed I lost some of the orange paint on the fish, but nothing too bad.Third, pine cone. There’s that little pine cone for stick Incense but when you try to take it out it can get broken easily and sometimes is hard to take out overall. Incense is also too thin for the cone at times and it will lean wayyy over.Over all pretty good for a first time thing, but there are better options

Adorable Little Burner
The media could not be loaded. This is tiny, which is what I wanted. It fits perfectly on my standard-size drink coasters.I did not use the incense cones that came with the burner for the video. I purchased separate highly-scented cones. The ones that came with the burner are pretty, but come packaged all together so sort of smell all the same. But that’s fine because incense is cheap.This burner is mesmerizing... make sure to get back-flow cones (with a hole in them). After about 5 minutes I had a bowl-full of smoke, even with a ceiling fan on low in the room.The cones left a lot of oily residue, so I’ll have to clean it after every other burn or so I suppose, but that’s probably just how it is using incense cones (I’ve only had experience with sticks).My 16-year-old daughter thinks I’m a weirdo hippie, which is a bonus Xb

Nice little gift others or for yourself
For my shelf, it was the ideal size. Without lighting an incense, the piece is cute and pretty. But when you light one, that's when the magic happens. The visual effect of the smoke trail traveling down the path and into the pool of fish below is really cool!Cleaning the residue is easy, but I clean it immediately after I'm done burning however many incense pieces. I'm not sure how difficult it would be if you allow it to build up. I'm not trying to find out though.I'm very pleased with the product. It makes a great gift for those who like the smell of incense. Nice functional, decorative piece. Just looking for incense that would burn longer.

*warning* the light tan cones smell like weed
I bought this burner because it was so cute and I've been looking for a small one. The burner itself is perfect. I already have a brand that i get my cones and incense from, so to see that some were included was a plus. So far, I've tried the purple and the green cones, no problem. I'm not to keen on the scents because I light incense for meditation. The light tan one that i circled in the picture immediately has a strong weed odor when it's lit. My sister was over when i lit and she agreed. So if you want to be sure about the scent, I'd recommend getting a specific cone scent from another brand.
