I usually bake cakes in the microwave and this was the first time i used a pressure cooker cake product. I couldn't have asked for a better cake!Light, fluffy and soft, my family finished the cake in minutes and was loved by all.I would recommend hand whisking the cake manually rather than using an electrical blender because that just mixes the batter. For a fluffy texture one needs to incorporate air into the batter, so whisking it for 5 minutes till you see bubbles forming will not only make the cake rise when you cook it, it will also make it light and soft.Will definitely be making more of this.

A little messy to make...initially appears unpalatable. But make sure you taste it after 6-8 hours...tastes heavenly. The sauce needs just a wee bit of heating, leave it at a free flowing consistency. It is sheer bliss
