Great for bringing on younger smaller fish
I've reared a number of schools of younger fish, predominantly on this as it seems to be the one which offers the right amount of protein for sustained growth. It works very well in the spring/summer/autumn months, but I'd hang fire in the winter when the fish don't feed as much. It is more expensive, but it does work very well for those smaller or medium sized fish. And the bigger ones will snaffle it up too when it's on offer!

Decent fish food. Koi enjoy it.
Does the job for your wee koi when they are 3-6 inches and a bit timid of the surface. Good for mixing with floating pellets to train them to come to the surface.

My small new fish loved this.
It took a few feeds for my fish to take this but now they go mad for it. They look well and are growing nicely, no clouding of the water or any issues.
