not a great book

The book was an enjoyable read, but the formatting on the Kindle version of the book was quite poor. This was the first book for class that I had to buy from the Kindle Store for graduate studies -- most others are available on Project Guttenberg or other means. I can live with formatting and display errors on a free eBook, but paying for an ill-formatted book, especially from the Kindle store, is more than frustrating.
