I only felt energized for 4-5 hours after taking the recommended dosage. If you need a quick boost of energy that last only a few hours this is the product for you. I was looking for something to get me energized for at least 8-10 hours.

I have been taking product for 1 week without any results - unless you call going to the bathroom 5 times a day a result. You can receive the same results by taking a laxative. Do your wallet a favor and PASS ON THIS PRODUCT.

All this does it make you go to the bathroom all day and bloat you. I wish I could get my money back!
