Received the LED light bulbs today, and two of them are broken. They were in the top layer of the box. All the other bulbs appear to be good and seem to work. I am happy so far that the light given is what I expected. However, 2 of the bulbs are broken. I want to keep the bulbs can you replace the two broken ones? I contacted a representative who told me they would credit my account, but it has not occurred several days later and this is the only balance on my account. What is happening?

I might have picked the cooler K on these bulbs because the ones I picked were a bit harsh. But the packaging was really well done and the bulbs work well with a dimmer. Longevity is something I will evaluate since I have only had these for a week.

These were a warmer color than I usually like, but the price for the 12 pack was great, and I have a new house that needs lots of bulbs. The lights are really lovely, the clear envelope over the wire-style LEDs is striking.The flicker on dimming was the deal-breaker for me. A lot of dimmable LEDs have trouble with older dimmers, but these were recent vintage dimmers from a respected maker, and other LED bulbs did fine with them.

I bought these less than a year ago for use in our bathrooms. They are on for at most an hour or two each day and some of the bulbs have already started to fail.I still think they're an OK product that perhaps suffers from quality control issues.If you buy them get a few more than you need, expecting to replace them much sooner than should be necessary. Or, just invest in bulbs that live as long as they promise.

I have been looking for A15 LED (60 Watt equivalent) bulbs and finally found them. These are absolutely the best LED bulbs I have ever bought. They match the brightness and the color of the incandescent bulbs I am replacing. With a CRI of 90+ these bulbs are exactly what you need when you are replacing fan bulbs or bathroom light fixture bulbs.

I used these bulbs to replace bulbs in my ceiling fans and nightstand lamps. They give off great light -- similar to the prior incandescent bulbs I had been using previously. I like the yellow glow that the Edison-style bulb emits when I look up at the fans. None of the bulbs were broken upon delivery, which was a concern of mine having purchased them online rather than at a store like Home Depot or Lowes.

Good bulbs, poorly packed. I bought a 12 pack even though I only needed 8 because I knew some would show up broken. I was right.Like I said, good bulb. If you want to be a great bulb, either package better or make the globe part of the bulb plastic and not glass.

Bulbs specifications are, in general, misleading, regardless of the manufacturer. This becomes an impossible situation when ordering online. Amazon should consider standardizing the specifications. Base size starts with letter "A". Bulb size starts with "C" or can be standard or intermediate. How many hours? Dimmable or not? Color and/or brightness can be a number or a name, like "soft white." Make us a graph so we can compare the bulbs, and possibly even order the correct replacements. Thanks!
