Am new to Ryobi I bought a saw and this battery it's okay for DIY like me but after 45 minutes it's run out of charge but for some body like me who's only going to use it occasionally it's ok at best.

Battery was about 85% charged upon arrival. Charged to 100% and tried with my Royobi tools. Was OK and considerably cheaper than Royobl spare

Why pay more if it only lasts half as long as a genuine one your quids in just buy another

Battery life rubbish, only 4 weeks old doesn't want to recharge

I have a Ryobi one 5.0A battery but wanted a spare and chose this one. So far it is completely compatible with all my Ryobi tools (I have 6 or 7). It fits perfectly and is fulfilling its function as a spare/back up. I've only given battery life 3 stars as I have barely used the spare as my main battery seems to last for months with the limited usage it gets.

I bought two of these batteries and after almost a year, I found one no longer took a charge. The other worked perfectly fine. I contacted the company who replaced my battery with no quibble, really quickly. Thanks for the great service and a really good product.

Used this as replacement for my circular saw as the original battery lasted a few cutsBattery does what you expect only small gripe is I can find it difficult to remove sometimes but that’s more to do with the size and design of the battery than the battery itself

Bought for a ryobi reciprocating saw which was going through 1.5ah batteries really quickly. This battery lasted a lot longer as hoped and was a lot cheaper than a ryobi branded battery. Not compared against ryobi 5ah though so can't comment on like for like ability, but did the job i needed.
