Tastes like tangy vinegar, texture isn’t great and it looks like it’s partially split/curdled.No cheesy taste at all it’s cheese colour but that’s about it.Possibly may work on burgers depending on your taste but for nachos it’s a definite no.

Decided to try it anyway despite the review as everyone likes different things...
However I have to agree this was highly unpleasant for me too, there's no balance of flavours; just a heavily sour taste clashing with a cloyingly sweet one.
