These holds are great. I have a comparable set of wooden holds that become almost impossible to use, when you factor in sweaty palms (even with chalk). I greatly appreciate the texture of these things. I will get a lot of use out of them. Thanks!

I use these for pull-ups as well as grips for other exercises—e.g. bent over row with a barbell. They easily make compatible exercises simultaneously grip strengthening. They’re sturdy and don’t show any signs of significant wear other than being dirty. I keep them outside any they’ve been dropped. I use rock climbing straps and carabiners to attach them to the chin-up bar or barbell I’m using.
