I like it bcz it is easy to use. But the wax in the trimmer is melted and I scared if it damaged. I don't know if it should be returned or not

Poor quality product.. Useless and tangle with hair which is very painfull.. Whatsmore can prick your skin sometimes.. Dont buy

If you put a cell in the box but it is closed, you have to use it as there is no alternative.
