What the translation photo says: 1 pack solidifies about 400 mL of oil, so you can easily throw it away without making your hands or kitchen dirty. ●Since the fried crumbs are solidified together, it is easy to clean up frying pans and pans. It uses plant-derived raw materials, so you can use it with confidence. Be sure to turn off the fire before using. Instructions ① Immediately after cooking, while the oil is hot (approximately 80°C or higher) Insert this product. ② Stir well until the product is completely dissolved. increase. ③ Leave it for about 1 hour until the oil hardens. Add another bottle of this product and heat again (approximately 80°C). Be sure to melt. [Using your phone translation apps is fun! walla!, voila!]OK, if you’ve read this far, you, like me, like to cook with your brain (yep! cooking food and everything through brainwaves), and are wondering how does the product work? It’s GREAT stuff in every cooking oil I’ve used - peanut, soy, canola, corn, coconut, avocado, and vegetable oils. Used correctly, the solidified oil forms a solid waxy puck that can be lifted out whole (after hardening generally I briefly heat the pan/pot to melt a thin skin layer before removing, to ease the lift-out). Used correctly means 1) adding the product - 1 pkg per 300-400 mL oil- while the oil’s still hot, or 2) adding it to cooled oil then reheating to melt/dissolve all the product flakes. 3) Tilt, swirl, or stir to mix. Easy! 4) After cooling, I hit the pan with high heat for a few moments to melt a thin skin layer, then use a silicone spatula to slip in between the pan and the skin-loosened puck. For thick oil levels, you can leave a spatula in the oil while it’s hardening as a convenient lift-out handle. Then dispose, wipe out, and wash to clean up.

Make sure the oil is warm!
It works great, but make sure your oil is still warm when you use it or it won't dissolve. ( At least 170 degrees fahrenheit)

GRRR!
There was no English instructions on how to use it, just pictures. Followed the pictures using it in my Air Fryer after cooking chicken legs. It took a few minutes to set up...no big deal...but then I couldn't get it out. Set up hard as a rock. So I soak it for two days and finally got it out in pieces...not what was shown on the package. Could of been my fault as with Air Fryers you don't get a lot of grease and the picture shown it being taken out with a spatula and looked to be about an inch thick. It would probably of worked if I had pan fried my chicken, but I'll never know as I don't pan fry my food, I either bake it or barbeque.

Great Product
I had never used this product before, I've only heard about it through online, that it is good for waste management of cooking oil. There are NO instructions or directions in English, both on the Amazon site, and on the package itself, which made it initially frustrating! This particular package size comes with ten individually wrapped 'beads' (they look like crushed up dried rice), and because I didn't know HOW to use it, I WASTED 7 of the packages putting it into a frying pain of oil that I had sitting on the counter. And it wasn't doing anything...??!!That being said, once I Googled 'how to use' it, the online videos state to pour a package of the beads into WARM oil, and let sit for half an hour. Prior, I was putting it into room temperature oil, and it was not solidifying. Much to my delight, once I added it to the warm oil, it worked JUST AS STATED! I used a metal spatula to loosen it, and it came out ALL IN ONE PIECE just like the video showed!! I was elated, and did a silly happy dance!!I LOVE this product, and will be buying it again, both for myself, and as gifts for Family and friends!!Everyone should know this great secret for easy oil clean-up!! :-D

It works but has drawbacks
I got this to try to make cleanup after deep frying easier. I knew that obviously it would take more than one packet for that since it was a large volume of oil. It is an international product so there are no English instructions on the package. I translated the packaging as best as I could and ended up having to use three of the six packages for about two and a half cups of oil in my Dutch oven. It wasn’t enough to get completely solid and had a kind of an old bacon grease texture which was still easier to dispose of than liquid and I didn’t want to use all of it in one go. I’m sure with more practice the process would be smoother. It does genuinely work but at the price it currently is and the long international shipping time I can’t say I’m eager to buy it again.

Necessary item for havy vegitable oil users
This product is very good to throw away old vegetable oil. As I often deep fly foods, I needs to dispose the oil after using it several times as the color turns brown (a sign of oxidized oil). This product is easy to use, just add the powder to hot used oil and wait for ~1 hour. The oil will be solid and ready to be disposed as compost waste.
