2wd Slash
2wd Slash RaptorWorks better than stock and so far they are holding up to 2.8 MT wheels and 3S 5900KV. I mainly run 2S but 3S is for kicksUpdate:Well I suppose they won't last forever. The only way to fix the stripped joints is to loosen the slipper way too loose or start out slow.. not a huge fan of either. I am using metal cvd's now and just a hair looser that 1/4 turn out.Wheelies are just to fun not to give up

Solid on 2wd, 4x4 is another story
Nice improvement over stock 2wd units. Works in both 2wd and 4x4. Larger yokes and have yet to break one on 2wd. Run them on stock 23/86 gearing all day long long with 3s on hard pact with badlands and gladiators. Now the 4x4 on 3s with grippy tires will break them with hard acceleration.

Heavy duty rear axles.
These are a nice heavy duty axle. The only thing I ended up having to do was run my file around the hole for where the pin goes because it sheared depend when tightening down the wheel. So why does use the rat tail file on the inside hole where the pin goes and use my flat file around the outside on top of the holes to round it over just a little bit because it was just like it would snap them

Running on 2 Rustler VXL's 2s lipo bashing. NO Issues.
I replaced a set of MIPS with these last year and they work just fine. We have these in both of our Rustler VXL's and we are running SPC 2s 5000mAh 50c batteries and do a lot of bashing. Hard starts and reverses and I haven't had any issues with them. The reason I replaced the MIPS is because they came on the car when I got it and they had put thread lock on the set screws...after heating them and trying to get the set screws out it finally just stripped so I had to drill them out. After that I just picked these up because our first truck has them and they have lasted well over 2 years. So far so good. Im not saying MIPS are not good..Just don't over use the thread lock. All in all I am happy with these on both trucks with no issues and I would recommend them. Oh and a lot cheaper on here than my LHS is...I hope this review helps. Happy shopping!!

drive carefully
This is one item you will have to buy alot of. They break easily depending on the terrain and driving ability. Keep a few handy or upgrade to metal. They are easy to fix.

These fit the 2WD Slashes perfectly. A little bit meatier than the stock shafts, but no issues with clearance.
These fit the 2WD Slashes perfectly. A little bit meatier than the stock shafts, but no issues with clearance. On a side note, you have to remove the pin that connects the lower a-arm to the bearing carrier to remove the old shaft and install this shaft. The axle carrier has 2 pin holes at the bottom so you can adjust the height of the suspension. If you accidentally install the pin on the higher hole, it will cause the end of the driveshafts to slightly rub on the end of the a-arms. Make sure you put the pin through the correct lower hole when you reinstall the pin to avoid any clearance issues.
