This is a great fish oil complex for boosting your omega 3 with a good balance of EPA and DHA using the pretty standard industry ratio. Although I've not had omeg 3 capsules derived from krill as often as standard ones it's a good choice as is is more sustainable. I've taken fish oil supplements years and wouldn't be without them as I know how beneficial they are to me - just make sure you're clear about the benefits specific to you and if you need to supplement with this or not before taking it based on other people's opinions unless they're professionals offering you specific advice.If you know a good omega 3 supplement is the right supplement for you right now then this is a great choice if you want less risk of super fishy burps afterwards as these seem to induce less of this than standard ones and it's also a great choice if you're looking for a more sustainable source of omega 3 and will last around a month at the recommended 2 caps per day which is actually pretty good value for more sustainable krill oil which is typically much more expensive than more standard omega 3 oils so would recommend.

These krill oil capsules are great and well valued despite minimal packaging.. They are super easy to swallow thanks to their softgel small shape and size. I also found that I was able to digest them well without any fishy burps or belly aches. This is a sign of ethical and responsible sourcing in my opinion, and an indicator of a premium product.As for the price, you get 60 for currently £14. This is great value as usually I have to pay almost double this price for quality as good as these. I take one after dinner as I found that it helps me sleep better, but also recover faster after workouts. Krill oil also has exceptional cognitive benefits including faster thinking and being far more proactive. In other words, if you feel like your brains cloudy and you don’t feel productive, you should give these a go. I’m no doctor but from personal experience having a regular intake of omega 3 is highly important for a happy and productive lifestyle.I’ll also add that these are 100% cold pressed Antarctic Eco Harvested, so you can purchase with confidence that you are getting the quality you deserve!Overall, a 5 star product, would recommend.Thank you for reading my honest review, I hope you found it helpful!! :)

This krill oil provides one with a month’s supply, the dose is 2 capsules a day. They are easy to swallow having no taste or after taste and there is no odour at all.This is the first kill oil that I have seen that is 100% pure cold pressed as well as being eco harvested in the Antarctic from a sustainable fishery.Of course if you have any allergy to fish or crustaceans you should not take this preparation. As far as possible cross contamination from other allergens is concerned I am glad to see that they have printed on the container that ‘although rigorous precautions are taken to prevent any cross-contamination, this product is manufactured in a facility that also handles allergy-based materials such as nuts, seeds, milk, egg, cereals, soya, mustard, celery…’Great value for money at the current price of £ 9.97 for one month’s supply, a reasonable cost for this very important source of omega 3 fats. I recommend it and will be buying this preparation in future.Very long best before date of May 2023 which I think indicates that it is very fresh. I will be taking it straight away so that is not an issue. I like the xSPAN Labs thin and flat ‘bottles’ as they are then packaged in a cardboard envelope which can then be posted easily through the door.

Krill oil seems to be the next in line to overtake cod oil for omega fats and I've found, if from a decent sustainable source as this one is, the benefits are fab. These are relatively small, compared to other omega supplements I've tried, and when swallowed leave no fishy after taste which for me is a bonus as I hate fish!As they are so small they're very easy to swallow, even for those that struggle with tablets! Value for money wise, you need 2 capsules daily so this is a months supply for £14.97 at time of reviewing. I can see others have reviewed this at just under a tenner which is what I think I'd pa for a months supply but that's a personal choice and the quality of XSpan Lab products are always very good. . My only niggle about this, and it seems to be the case for most tablets and supplements that come in bottles at the moment is the sheer size of the jar for the volume of tablets. This jar is less than half full and this for me, is just bad packaging.

The benefits of Omega 3, EPA and DHA are well known so I won't get into that here. The key thing is what they taste like and how easy are they to swallow?I'm pleased to say that for both of those questions, these little red krill pills are great.They are an easy to swallow size, with a firm hard shell to them. They also don't feel like they will dissolve immediately in the mouth, if you do have trouble swallowing pills. You will have ample time to compose yourself and grab another sip of water if you struggle.They also don't taste of anything and there is no aftertaste to them once swallowed. I tend to have mine with breakfast and experienced no "fishy" issues at all.So, I am impressed with these supplements and the flat packaging is an added bonus for easy cupboard/drawer storage.
