Absolutely love these sling clips! They work perfectly for makin gun slings

The main body of the clip is some sort of aluminum alloy or other non ferrous metal. The clip lever and spring are steel. So far after a month of everyday use, and wearing during work etc. the paint has pretty much remained intact, even on the spring lever where the mating key ring gets clipped in and out, has remained unscathed. So, I'd have to say that these are and excellent value for the money. Maybe after some longer use, I can better attest to long term durability, and possibly raise it up to five stars.Edit after over a year of use: Slight paint chipping but spring tension is still good and no problems. Other people say ot is made of steel, the clip is non magnetic so its an alloy of aluminum most likely but plenty strong. The clip and spring are steel. I would recommend these after using them this long with no issues besides cosmetic paint chipping.

Good metal clips for use on a sling or on straps.

Nice item exactly I wanted to make some slings for my UMERAX BB guns (WWII-MP-40, M1A1 Thompson and M1A1 and M3A1 Grease gun) these fit the bill perfectly. They are easy to clip on and clip off or use via shoulder firing position. Great coating, not heavy and more than strong to my use. I just bought another 3 pair for possible future projects.

Bought these clips to use with my 1 point/2 point combination sling that I was building out of paracord for my AR15. These clips work just fine. they are sturdy, made of good metal and have good springs in them. If you are looking for HK style clips that perform, these babies are the ones for you. I already used two of them for my sling and plan on making another sling for my muzzle loader with them. Shipping was fast also. If they are good enough to use on my weapons, well, you figure it out.

Definitely worth the buy, the paint will eventually chip off if it's on an item you use often but for the price it's a non-issue.

Works as advertised, but I question how strong these will be if needed...cast out of zinc they will just crack.

These seem to be pretty good for light duty. Happy with the price to quality. Would recommend for multi use from rifle sling to camping to any paracord use

Nice finish on the metal, stronger than I expected. Before I ordered these, my biggest concern was if these could hold my heavy rifle's weight without a chance of being unsnapped accidentally, was relieved when these arrived, tested them in all possible weight configurations using my own strength and realized that these will hold up to some serious abuse. Totally recommend.
