Camp Myth: The RPG (3EG501) Perfect Paperback – September 1, 2013

This is a good beginner book to introduce young kids to RPG's. The players choose a mythical creature from the list provided or make up their own. Campers get to try to earn merit badges like Phoenix watching or Kraken fishing or whatever else the "Counselor (GM)" decides. The camp has several areas led by other fantastic creature NPC's - each with his or her or its own personalities and quirks. Character creation is simple and all dice for monsters is based off of the monster's CR. The dice system is based off the "pip" system, all you need are a few d6's of 2 different colors. Overall, if you're looking for a way to introduce kids to roleplaying games, this isn't a bad start. For the price, it is worth at least taking a look.EDIT: I had a game play question and found the website for this book, the author wrote back the same day and answered my question!!
