I bought a set of these glasses almost a year ago, they look great. The box states that they are dishwasher safe, but after washing them in the dishwasher, some of the glasses cracked and broke. I contacted the company and informed them of my experience. They responded within a day and replaced the entire set!! I certainly did not expect this. I have started washing my glasses by hand. The next time that I need glasses I will not hesitate to buy from this company!

Basically perfect size, thickness, and look. Not too heavy either. Minor complaint but I sort of wish there was no logo on the bottom of the cup, even though it is subtle.

we received these glasses and love them One of the glasses had a small chip at the top I contacted the seller and and they asked me to send a picture and my order number and they replaced the one glass. I was very impressed to see a company stand behind their product and now I have a complete set again Thank you

The JoyJolt Faye 13oz Highball Glasses arrived today. They were well packed and had no damage. I immediately washed them in warm soapy water and began using. I'm LOVING these glasses so far. They are crystal clear, and a perfect size to hold, especially if you have smaller hands or arthritis in your hands (I happen to have smaller hands AND arthritis). They seem to be very good quality. Very happy with this purchase. If I need more than 6, I will definitely buy these again!

Great drinking glasses. High quality and do well in dishwasher. I’ve had them over one month and no chips, no breakage. I would definitely recommend this product and this brand.
