Your bag replaced a mini jeep backpack which I've used as my handbag for about two decades. I loved that jeep but it eventually gave up the ghost and developed holes in the bottom - and unfortunately is long since out of production. I couldn't find something similar to replace it. I opted to give your bag a go as it looked like it would be quite versatile, and although the size of the main pocket is slightly differently shaped, I've found that your bag is working well for me. I wear it hanging from one shoulder rather than cross the chest so I have placed both strap hooks on to the same ring. I am a fairly large chested woman on a small frame, so I don't generally wear things cross chest - however, I did do so once (thus far) and I am pleased that this bag is so adaptable as it gives me options when needed. The only problem I have had with the bag is minor, and I'm still considering options to remedy it. I've shortened those straps as much as possible for the proper length / fit and I find that because of that I continually have to move the stays holding the straps in place back up because gravity and general bag movement means they work their way downward as I move (thus extending the straps too long). This is not something that would have precluded my purchase. The bag seems well made and I hope it lasts me half as long as my last one did. I will give it another month or two of day to day use but if it holds up then I will probably purchase a few more in various colours. Your order arrived promptly and in good condition. I can do not see anything in your process that needs improvement or that you could change.

What a brilliant bag! The quality is excellent with good strong quality canvas and zips. It’s a great size and hold loads whilst still being comfortable to wear. I’ve been using it for carrying my DSLR camera and 2 lenses as the front opening means provides quick and easy access plus eliminates worrying about theft of expensive items. The secret pocket is another great feature and makes it perfect for travelling. I purchased the khaki colour as it’s subtle but I also liked the others colours so may be tempted to get another one! The design and styling won me over alternative and possibly cheaper options. It’s a fantastic product and worth every penny. I’m really pleased with my purchase.

Love this bag! Small but so well designed there is loads of room inside. It can be worn in so many different ways, but I use it in a ruck sack position. Absolutally love the zipped pocket that is position on the back keeping my purse handy but safe. The size is ideal as all concert halls allow you to wear the bag as it is compact. I baught it to use on my holls but use it daily 😊as I love it. Even in a down pour and I mean down pour😂every thing stayed dry inside the bag😊so well made!. Lot of my friend have commented on it due to its versitility. Thank you as it came in record time too. Would totally recommend this product.

I guess the olive is olive. To be honest it's more like light khaki, but I'm fine with that! Overall, it's just what I need for day tripping on Iceland and will more than take the contents of my handbag, which with glasses, sunglasses, a hair brush, and other things is great. There is an accessible compartment for a bottle too. I like the way it will wrap round the body but could also be worn on the shoulder, or as a rucksack. I just hope the dye doesn't come out. Be warned, the canvas is quite course but the multiple pockets and overall look are really good. On a downside, I would say it was overpriced compared with similar products I looked at, though this one is a little more unique. Delivery was prompt, so only time will tell whether it was a good purchase. It would certainly be useful for anyone visiting countries where pickpocketing is rife because the compartments are very secure, but that won't be a problem in Iceland!

Bought this bag 4 months ago and love everything about it. It’s made very well, lovely thick fabric, good quality zips, nice little details such as the zip tabs. I use it everyday and it still looks new! The design is perfect, 4 zip compartments and a side pocket and it’s really comfortable to carry, but fashionable too. Would highly recommend.

I love this bag. It’s so versatile . Big enough for all your important bits you need while travelling and small enough that it’s not bulky or gets in the way. I love the zip straps as it makes it easy to quickly wear with multiple options. It’s comfy to wear too. And can be changed to suit a left hand or right hand wearer.

Good quality may suit larger person due to length. Not as easy to store larger item due to unusual shape. Comfortable and good look.

My only concern is that the colour depicted in the photo is not quite accurate. It's actually a deeper khaki shade than I expected. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the product.

I bought this bag in purple and it is wonderful! The backpack/crossbody options are easy to change out. This fits my needs and I would recommend this product!

Doveva quindi contenere bottiglia d'acqua, portafogli, cellulare, occhiali da sole, pochette con trucchi e medicine, chiavi, KW, agenda... ci sta tutto benissimo! inoltre, le numerose tasche consentono di tenere tutto in ordine e facilmente rintracciabile. Pleasantly surprised - I thought I wouldn’t like the diagonal zippers, but I was wrong I bought this bag to replace one that was poorly designed with regard to space, and ease of use, and I wish I’d chosen this one to buy the first time I was looking for a new bag. While the small front pocket isn’t the best, and I wish there was a small inner pocket inside the biggest front pocket, I LOVE this pocketbook. It’s nicer looking in person than I thought it would be, the diagonal zippers make the two larger front pockets so much easier to use (cannot stress this enough!), AND that back pocket is AMAZING! Based on the stitching in the product photos, the pocket looks fairly small (one reason I don’t get this bad the first time I was looking for a new one), but it’s not. That back pocket is practically the the entire back of the bag - I can fit my fidget things, my earbud case, my phone, all at the same time and with room to spare! tl:dr I’m impressed with the quality, and comfort. The diagonal zippers make the front pockets easier to access than I expected, and the back pocket keeps your phone safe, since nobody can get into that pocket when you’re wearing the bag. No regrets (other than not having bought this one the first time I was looking for a new bag)
