25000/- to replace door
The glass door itself is so heavy that we cannot keep water bottle in the shelves. Replaced door once during warranty but had to pay lots of other expenses…. Replacing door again cost 25000/- Company has come up with new idea of welding some support for door underneath the fridge body… cost is 9500/ + visit charge + clip charge. Know many more people who’re suffering even after paying nearly a lakh for this particular glass door model.

Worst company DO NOT BUY!!!
Hitachi is worst company. Thier after sales service man are fraud. They extort money from customers which is equivalent to buy a new refrigerator. My refrigerator was of 65K but the cost of repairing after just 3 years of working was 35K. It's a big NO. Save your money don't buy this refrigerator.
